Ingredients:
1 large onions, chopped
1/4 cup margarine
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 (10 ounce) cans sliced mushrooms, drained
1 cup cracker crumbs
1/2 cup aged cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Saute the onions in the margarine.
Beat the eggs. Add all the remaining ingredients. Add the onions.
Pour into a greased casserole dish.
Bake uncovered in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for approximately 35 minutes or until cooked and golden.
