Ingredients:
2 3/4 lbs frying chickens
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup Kahlua
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Heinz ketchup
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Place chicken pieces in shallow baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil, then simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
Spoon half of the sauce over the chicken and cover and bake for 30 minutes.
Uncover, and spoon on remainder of sauce.
Continue baking uncovered until chicken is tender, about 15 to 20 minutes.
