Ingredients:
5 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon butter
paprika
Directions:
Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender; drain and mash.
Stir in cream cheese, sour cream, onions, melted butter, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Spoon into a 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika and dot with butter.
Bake uncovered at 375F for 20 minutes.
