Ingredients:
4 pork chops
1 teaspoon oil
1 onions, sliced
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Directions:
Brown chops in oil. Remove & keep warm.
Add onion and pepper to skillet. Cook 5 minutes. Add barbecue sauce.
Return chops to skillet. Spoon sauce over chops and simmer 3-5 minutes, turning chops once.
