Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs boneless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/4 cup diced onions
1/4 teaspoon oregano
2 minced garlic cloves
1/4 cup lemon juice
Directions:
Heat olive oil and butter in baking pan and add remaining ingredients.
Stir and then add chicken, turning to coat.
Bake uncovered at 375 F for 30 minutes.
Turn and bake 15 minutes more.
