Ingredients:
2 cups apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1/2 cup dried cranberries, unsweetened
1 tablespoon brown sugar substitute
1 teaspoon butter
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
Place all the ingredients in an ovenproof dish, stir to mix.
Cover with foil and bake in 350 F oven for 30 minutes.
