Ingredients:
120 g ripe avocados, cut cube
1 medium tomatoes
20 g onions, chop
1 piece garlic
1 piece chili
some coriander
salt and pepper
some lemon juice
15 ml olive oil
Directions:
peel the tomato after fast blanching in boiling water.
take out the seed.
