Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 (10 1/2 ounce) cans condensed tomato soup
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 -2 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
Brown 4 boneless chicken breasts in oil.
Mix together the can of tomato soup, 1 tbs brown sugar, 1 tbs vinegar and 1/4 cup water.
Pour over chicken, cover and simmer until done (about 20 minutes).
