Ingredients:
8 ounces plain yogurt
1 bananas, peeled and chilled ( freezer)
1 cup apple juice
1 cup fresh peaches, diced
3 strawberries
ice cubes
Directions:
Place a cup of yogurt in a blender or smoothie maker.
Add a chilled banana that has been sliced.
Add a cup of apple juice.
Add a cup of diced peaches.
Add 3 strawberries, sliced.
Add 4-5 ice cubes.
Blend until smooth.
