Ingredients:
2 red snapper fillets
2 tablespoons flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon oil
4 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
Directions:
Dredge fish in flour, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp pepper, and pan fry in oil.
Melt butter and combine with concentrate, chili, and remaining salt and pepper.
Pour sauce over fish, garnish with parsley, and serve.
