Ingredients:
1 pre cooked pizza dough ( size for 4 persons)
1/2 cup mayonnaise ( use low fat if you wish)
1/3 cup fresh basil, chopped
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic, monced
1 teaspoon pepper
3 cups fresh tomatoes, sliced
2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
Directions:
Mix mayo, basil, Parmesan, gasrlic,& pepper.
Place sliced tomatoes on the crust.
Spread mayo mixture over the tomatoes.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella.
Bake for 20 minutes.
