Ingredients:
1 large red peppers, chopped
1 small green peppers, chopped
1/4 cup chopped onions
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 cup olive oil
1 1/2 lbs fresh green beans, in 2 inch pieces
1 tablespoon minced basil
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Directions:
Saute peppers, onion and garlic in olive oil until tender.
Add beans, basil, and salt; toss to coat.
Cover and cook on med for 8 minutes.
Stir in cheese, mix well.
