Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, creamed
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1 lemons, juice and rind of
4 tablespoons milk
1 cup currants
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and fill tart shells about 1/2 full.
Set oven at 375 degrees.
