Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic ( minced)
1 tablespoon italian seasoning ( dried,in the spice isle at your grocer)
1 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper
1 tablespoon kosher salt ( use less if you like or none at all)
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
Directions:
combine in a container and serve on a flat plate.
dip warm french bread into oil mixture. there are no presevatives in this recipe so it should be used right away and not stored.
