Ingredients:
2 cups shredded old sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 green onions, chopped
4 tablespoons dark rum
1 dash dry mustard
1 dash cayenne pepper
Directions:
For best taste, use real butter instead of margarine.
In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients together until smooth.
Spoon into small crock or bowl and refrigerate overnight to allow flavours to blend.
Serve with crackers.
