Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) cans black beans, drained
1 (10 ounce) cans canned corn niblets, drained
1/2 purple onions, chopped
1 -2 jalapenos, chopped
1/3 cup lime juice
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon red peppers
1 teaspoon cumin
1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients and refrigerate. Serve with tortilla chips.
