Ingredients:
1/2 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
1/3 cup salad oil
4 large minced garlic cloves
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Directions:
Mix all well, pour in gallon ziplock bag and meat of your choice (2-3 pounds).
Marinade in fridge overnite or at least 4 hours.
Grill just till done (do not over cook).
