Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1/2-1 cup soft margarine ( , not melted)
1 cup pecans, ground
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup Cool Whip
2 packages instant butter pecan pudding mix
2 2/3 cups milk
1 cup Cool Whip
pecans
Directions:
Crust: Mix well and pat into ungreased 13×9 inch pan.
Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Filling: Spread filling on Cooled crust.
Next layer: Mix pudding and milk and spread on filling mixture.
Topping: Spread Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with additional pecans.
