Ingredients:
2 cups vitasoy vanilla-flavored soymilk
1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1/2 ripe bananas, cut in chunks
1/2 grapefruits, juice of ( my addition)
1 teaspoon agave nectar ( my addition, *read NOTE)
1/4 teaspoon pure coconut extract, to taste
5 -6 ice cubes
Directions:
*NOTE: Blend all ingredients, taste and adjust. If the smoothie needs some sweetening, add the agave nectar.
In blender add all ingredients, except for agave nectar and blend until smooth. Add agave nectar if necessary.
If you like your smoothies thicker, add another 1/2 of a banana.
