Ingredients:
1 cucumbers, peeled,sliced,halved,& seeded
4 plum tomatoes, chopped or sliced
1 small red onions, finely chopped
1/4 head green cabbage
1 green peppers, seeded & sliced
1/3 cup kalamata olives, pitted
1 tablespoon coriander or 1 tablespoon parsley, fresh & chopped
1 tablespoon oregano or 1 tablespoon marjoram, fresh & chopped
1 pinch salt
fresh ground pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Directions:
Toss everything into a bowl, mix it up& serve.
