Ingredients:
2 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon lemon rind
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup pineapple juice
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 medium onions, sliced
1 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon unseasoned meat tenderizer
1 1/2 lbs flank steaks
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except flank steak (a gallon-sized freezer storage bag works perfect). Mix well. Add whole flank steak and refrigerate, turning often, for at least two hours. The longer the better.
Grill on high (gas grill) 4 minutes each side for medium-rare. Be careful to not overcook as it will toughen the meat.
