Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
2/3 cup Roquefort cheese or 2/3 cup Stilton cheese, crumbled
1 can refrigerated biscuits
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Melt butter in microwave.
Blend cheese into butter.
Cut biscuits into 4 pieces.
Dip each piece in melted mixture and place on cookie sheet or small muffin tin.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
