Ingredients:
1 small onions, chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 (10 ounce) packages chopped broccoli, thawed
1 teaspoon butter
1 (8 ounce) jars Cheese Whiz
1 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (5 ounce) cans evaporated milk
3 cups cooked white rice
Directions:
In a large skillet over medium heat saute the onion, celery and broccoli in the butter. Stir in the cheese, soup and evaporated milk.
Place rice in a greased 8-inch baking dish. Pour cheese mixture over rice.
Bake, uncovered @ 325F for 25-30 minutes.
