Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 cup port wine
1/2 cup sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
2 tablespoons chopped crystallized ginger
1 lb dried fruit
Directions:
bring first 5 ingredients to a boil.
add fruit, simmer for 15 minutes.
chill several hours before serving.
