Ingredients:
4 egg whites ( may use 2 whole eggs)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/3 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a 9 by 9-inch pan.
Place egg whites in large bowl.
Beat with spoon until frothy.
Add oil and vanilla.
Mix well.
Stir in sugar and cocoa.
Mix well.
Stir in flour and salt until blended.
(Batter will be thick.).
Spread in pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 22 to 26 minutes.
(Don’t over bake!).
Cool.
