Ingredients:
1 small bananas, sliced
2 sheets low-fat graham crackers, broken in small pieces
2 cups fat-free vanilla pudding ( I use Hunt’s)
1 cup fat-free cool whip
Directions:
Mix together banana slices, graham cracker pieces and vanilla pudding in a medium sized bowl.
Scoop mixture evenly between 2 dessert dishes and top with cool whip.
