Ingredients:
1/2 lb of shredded napa cabbage
1 scallions, sliced
1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
1 tablespoon minced ginger
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Directions:
put cabbage and scallion in a bowl.
heat remaining ingredients to boil and lower heat, cook until sugar is dissolved.
pour over cabbage, toss to combine.
