Ingredients:
3 -4 lbs potatoes
1 lb bacon
1 onions, chopped
seasoning salt, to taste
salad seasoning, to taste
Directions:
Boil potatoes until tender; allow potatoes to cool; then peel and cube them; set aside.
Fry bacon and onion together in a large skillet.
Add in potatoes and seasonings; cook until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
