Ingredients:
7 cups baking potatoes, cubed, peeled
6 cloves garlic, peeled
1/2 cup 2% low-fat milk
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 tablespoons margarine
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
Place potatoes and garlic in a sauce pan, cover with water and bring to a boil. reduce heat and simmer for 20 min and drain.
Return potatoes and garlic to the pan, add remaining ingredients.
Beat at medium speed or mash until smooth.
