Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
salt and pepper
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup cooking sherry
1 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
Directions:
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Brown in melted margarine.
Place in a shallow casserole.
Mix remaining ingredients in skillet and pour over chicken.
Cover and bake at 350* for 55-60 min, or until chicken juices run clear.
