Deepfried Camembert

Ingredients:
1 (125 g) packages camembert cheese
breadcrumbs
1 eggs

Directions:
Make sure the cheese is really cold by placing in the freezer for a couple of minutes.
Beat the egg with a fork in a small bowl.
Cut the cheese into wedges (8 per 125g round).
Dip in the beaten egg.
Roll the dipped wedges in the breadcrumbs.
Deep fry at 400 F until crumbs brown and wedges start to puff up slightly.
This should only take less than a minute.
