Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup brewed coffee, cooled
1/2 cup skim milk or 1/2 cup soymilk
1/3 cup corn syrup
Directions:
Sift first 6 ingredients together in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk remaining ingredients together to blend well.
Add liquids to dry ingredients, whisking until smooth.
Bake at 350 F for 35-40 minutes.
