Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 cup quick oats
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup margarine
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
50 caramels, unwrapped
5 tablespoons cream
Directions:
Mix all crust ingredients together and spread 1/2 in bottom of 9 by 13 pan.
Bake 350 for 10 minutes.
Melt caramels with cream and pour over baked crust.
Sprinkle 6 oz semi sweet chocolate chips over caramel.
Crumble remaining crust mixture over all and bake 10-15 minutes.
Do not over bake!
