Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt or 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
3/4 cup ice water
1 tablespoon ground flax seed
Directions:
Place all into a blender and blend till frosty smooth.
