Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes, undrained and chopped
1 (16 ounce) cans kidney beans, undrained
1/2 lb lean ground beef
1/4 cup onions, chopped
1 1/2 cups water
1 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
1 small avocados, peel pitted and chopped
sour cream
shredded cheddar cheese
corn chips
Directions:
In large saucepan, cook ground beef and onion until meat is browned; drain off excess fat.
Add water, undrained cut up tomatoes, undrained kidney beans, tomato sauce and taco seasoning mix.
Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
