Ingredients:
3 lbs lean organic ground beef or 3 lbs turkey
1/4 cup brown sugar or 1/4 cup honey
3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
2 eggs
2 cups breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon garlic powder
olive oil, for bottom of pan
Directions:
mix all ingredients together, using as much egg and breadcrumbs as you need to get the consistency you want; just as long as they hold together nicely.
roll into quarter size balls and place casserole dish or aluminum roasting pan that has olive oil on the bottom to prevent the meat balls from sticking.
bake 350 for thirty minutes.
my daughter loves these plain; but you can make a sweet and sour sauce to go with them for dipping.
