Ingredients:
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 cup coconut
1 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 1/2 cups quick-cooking oatmeal
1 cup pecans, chopped
Directions:
Mix butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract.
Add coconut.
Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda.
salt and oatmeal.
Blend all ingredients together.
Add chopped nuts.
Drop 1 tablespoons of batter onto greased baking sheet.
Bake in 350F for 15 minutes.
