Ingredients:
4 cups shredded cabbage
1 green peppers, diced
2 cups celery, diced
2 large onions, sliced
2 tomatoes, chopped or 1 (16 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
1/4 cup bacon drippings
2 teaspoons sugar
salt
pepper
Directions:
Combine cabbage, green pepper, celery, onions, tomatoes, drippings, sugar, salt and pepper in a large, covered skillet.
Cook, covered over moderate heat for about 30 minutes.
