Ingredients:
1/2 lb small shrimp, peeled
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup celery, sliced
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
2 small tomatoes, quartered and in half
1/8 teaspoon garlic
1 lb rice
Directions:
Cook rice in a separate pan.
Saute green onion and celery.
Add shrimp and garlic; when done add tomatoes.
Place over rice.
