Ingredients:
1 10 inch whole wheat tortillas
1/2 cup shredded reduced fat cheese
1/4 cup salsa
Directions:
Place tortilla in a non-stick skillet over low heat.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Cover and cook for 1 1/2 minutes or until cheese has melted.
Fold the tortilla in half, cut into 4 wedges and serve with salsa.
