Ingredients:
4 -6 medium carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter
Directions:
Place carrots, ginger, orange juice, water, salt, brown sugar and butter in saucepan.
simmer gently uncovered for 6-8 minutes or until carrots are tender and liquid has reduced to a glaze.
