Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts, boiled, deboned, diced
32 ounces frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 eggs, boiled and chopped
1 medium onions, chopped
1 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup butter
1 (8 ounce) packages seasoned stuffing mix
Directions:
Mix diced chicken and broccoli in 9″ x 13″ casserole dish.
Top chicken and broccoli with grated cheese.
In separate bowl, mix soup, eggs, onion, chicken broth, mayonnaise, and salt& pepper to taste.
Pour mixture over broccoli, chicken& cheese in casserole dish.
Melt butter; toss into stuffing mix.
Spread stuffing mixture over casserole.
Bake for 30 minutes in 350F oven.
