Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
4 tablespoons cocoa
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 cup cold water
1 cup mayonnaise
2 cups flour
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl and stir until well blended.
Place in 13×9 greased pan.
Bake at 350* for 35 minutes.
