Make Ahead Omelet

Ingredients:
8 slices bread, cubed ( I like to use whole wheat, or rye-pumpernickel)
6 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Grease a 9×13 inch pan.
Add bread.
Spread cheese over bread.
Beat eggs, add milk, beat, add margarine and pour over bread. Refrigerate overnight.
Top with mushroom, onion, green pepper, olives, etc.
Bake at 350F for 45 to 55 minutes.
Enjoy!
