Ingredients:
1 (21 ounce) cans cherry pie filling
1 (6 ounce) cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuits, separated into 5 biscuits
1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine, melted
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions:
Reserve some of the pie filling, including 5 cherries, for garnish.
Evenly divide the remaining pie filling between 5 ungreased 6 oz.
ramekins.
Place one biscuit on top of each; brush with melted butter.
In a small bowl, mix together the sugar, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon.
Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over each biscuit.
Bake at 375 degrees for 14-18 minutes or until biscuits are browned.
Top with reserved pie filling and with one cherry on each little cobbler.
