Ingredients:
1/4 cup lemon juice
2/3 cup icing sugar
1 cup sparkling water
Directions:
stir icing sugar and lemon juice together in a jug until sugar dissolves.
stir in sparkling mineral water.
pour mixture into six 1/4 cup ice-block moulds.
press lids on firmly.
freeze 6 hours or overnight.
