Impossible Coconut Caramel Custard Pie

Ingredients:
2 cups milk
1/4 cup melted butter
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup flaked coconut

Directions:
Combine all ingredients except coconut in a blender and blend at high speed for 15 seconds.
Pour into greased 10″ pie plate.
Sprinkle coconut on top (optional).
Bake at 350F for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool completely before cutting.
