Ingredients:
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 large onions, coarsely chopped ( about 3 cups)
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Directions:
1. Add olive oil to large skillet over medium heat. Saute onions until soft and translucent.
2. In a bowl, combine ketchup and barbecue sauce,mixing well. pour mixture into skillet,covering onions entirely.Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. May be frozen and reheated.
