Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat milk
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 cup dry couscous
1/3 cup fruit bits
1/4 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine milk, honey and cinnamon.
Bring to boil slowly.
Add the couscous.
Remove pan from heat.
Cover and let sit for 5 minutes.
Stir in fruit bits and pecans.

Servings: 4
