Ingredients:
1 cup instant oats
1 ripe bananas
2 cups low-fat milk
2 teaspoons honey

Directions:
In a mixer add all above ingredients and blend till a smooth drink is obtained.
If required add more skimmed milk to adjust the consistency.
Serve chilled.
